Dr. Jason Green, together with his colleague and partner Dr. Igor Chaplik, opened their first office in 2005: “Ft. Lauderdale Dermatology & Cosmetic Center”. Based on the success of their first office, within the next two and a half years Dr. Green and Dr. Chaplik opened two more branches respectively named after their locations, “Bay Harbor Dermatology & Cosmetic Center” and “Aventura Dermatology & Cosmetic Center”. In all three offices the doctors perform state-of-the-art procedures, including injection of Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane, and Radiesse. Other appearance enhancing procedures offered by the doctors, include laser hair removal, laser surgery, Fractional laser, sclerotherapy for leg veins, and chemical peels for dark spots, facial rejuvenation, antiaging, sun pots and wrinkles. In addition to Dr. Green and Dr. Chaplik’s passion for Cosmetic Dermatology, the specializes in the prevention, detection, and treatment of skin cancers.
The key to Dr. Green and Dr. Chaplik’s success, is that they are committed to treating every individual patient as if they were a family member, while they strive to provide both the latest and also the most time honored approaches to patient care.
In all three Dermatology & Cosmetic Centers the doctors offer their patients a full line of specially formulated skin care products that they custom tailor for each and every patient.
DR. JASON GREEN
Dr. Jason Green is a true native of South Florida, born and raised. After graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, he returned home to attend the University of Miami for a specialized Post-Baccalaureate degree. Dr. Green then earned his Medical Degree from Nova Southeastern University. After his medical school training, Dr. Green completed his internship in Long Beach, New York. Finally after acquiring education in different parts of the country, Dr. Green made the journey back to his home, South Florida, to complete his specialty training in the field of Dermatology. Throughout Dr. Green’s residency in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at North Broward Hospital District/Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Green was trained extensively in the fields of general Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Cutaneous Surgery. Dr. Green is a board certified Dermatologist. Dr. Green’s dedication has led him to embark on travels across the United States for comprehensive training in all facets of Dermatology. He has traveled from New York to California, to increase his knowledge and skills, so as to provide his patients with the newest and greatest modalities.
Today, Dr. Green is one of the leading physicians in the art of Cosmetic Dermatology and even trains many of his peers. Dr. Green also has the honor to be on the Medical Education Faculty for Bioform, the company that makes Radiesse, one of the newest F.D.A. approved injectable fillers. Dr. Green is an Associate Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine/Dermatology at Nova Southeastern.
DR. IGOR CHAPLIK
Dr. Igor Chaplik was born in Odessa, Russia and immigrated to Miami Beach in 1979. After graduating from Miami Beach High School, he attended the University of Miami. At Nova Southeastern Medical School in Fort Lauderdale, Dr. Chaplik graduated with high honors and was awarded the Morton Terry award for Internal Medicine. He subsequently trained in Dermatology at The St. Barnabas medical Center in New York, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Chaplik is a board certified dermatologist.
His training with the leaders in the fields of Cosmetic and Dermatologic Surgery prepared him for an opportunity to participate in a prosperous practice on Madison Avenue in New York City. Sunny weather, family and friends, and the opportunity to expand an already thriving practice have brought Dr. Chaplik back to Miami. His success in New York City and Bal Harbor prompted Dr. Chaplik into a new and exciting opportunity in Ft. Lauderdale with is friend and colleague. Dr. Chaplik is an Associate Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine/Dermatology at Nova Southeastern. He also trains future dermatologist through his offices.
